刚在豆瓣上看见的，很爱的一套书。讲英国乡间兽医的生活，作者笔下动物都带着人性，人更是朴实乐观幽默可爱，人和动物都有悲欢离合，大部分时候令人捧腹，偶尔也赚人热泪。之前在书市上买的，后来在别处一直都没见到过，推荐给朋友他们都不知道上哪儿去找。现在貌似重新出版了，名字也改了，不知道译者是否一样。

从跟你借书看开始算，我花了十年时间，到去年为止，两本来自于路边五元盗版店，一本来自于漫展，一本来自于书市，一本来自于二手书书店（孔夫子）。最后一本最贵（原价+5）而且品相最糟糕TAT
